NoteOrganizer
NoteOrganizer is an advanced table of contents for navigating your notes. A single view with the NoteOrganizer fully expanded is shown below.
NoteOrganizer has two main features, Groups, which you can name and which look like folders in the Finder, and Categories, which have an icon, a color and a name. To modify Groups you must have the NoteOrganizer open and have the Groups tab showing. To make new Groups, select New Groups (cmd+option G) from the Notes Menu. In addition to Groups, you can use Categories to further organize your notes. Some custom Categories we created are shown in the Category menu below. You may also create your own custom Categories by selecting Edit Categories from the Notes Menu or from the last entry in the Category menu itself. This will display the Edit Categories dialog as shown below. A Category consists of a name you type, a color and a custom icon. Click on any Category color to change it using a variety of color pickers as shown below. Click on any Category icon to select an icon for the new Category as shown below.
